WHAT TYPES OF SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We provide a wide range of services including Paintless dent repair (PDR), Hail damage repair, Insurance claims, Collision repair, Scratch removal, and services for New, Used and Fleet vehicles.

From small part/trim replacements, such as mirrors, door handles, windshields, door glass, etc., to peeling paint correction, overall paint jobs, partial refinishing and misc equipment refinishing.

HOW LONG WILL MY CAR REPAIR TAKE?

The time for repairs depends on the extent of the damage. Minor repairs may take a few hours, while more extensive work will take longer.

Yes, we offer free estimates after a thorough inspection of your vehicle.

DO YOU PROVIDE A WARRANTY ON YOUR REPAIRS?

Yes, we offer a warranty on all repairs and paintwork to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

I'VE BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT. NOW WHAT DO I DO?

Contact your insurance company to report your accident. Let them know where you are taking your vehicle for repairs. They will send an assignment to that body shop. The assignment will contain needed information, such as your claim number. This information is needed for the body shop to write the estimate, take required photos, and upload the information directly to the insurance company. The shop will then set up your appointment for repairs.

DO YOU HANDLE INSURANCE CLAIMS?

Yes, we work directly with insurance providers to help process your claim and manage repairs.

DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY SERVICES?

For minor repairs and touch-ups, we offer same-day service, depending on availability.

DO I NEED MORE THAN ONE ESTIMATE?

No. It is up to you to decide who will repair your vehicle. If you choose Star Auto Body, we will write an estimate, send it to your insurance company and work with you through the process.
