These terms apply to your use of starautobodyhowe.com and to text messages you receive from Star Auto Body ("we", "us", "the shop"). By using this site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.

Using this website

This site provides general information about Star Auto Body and our services and lets you request an estimate. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you contact us.

Estimates and repairs

Information on this website, and any estimate given before we inspect your vehicle, is for general guidance only. A final estimate is provided after an in-person inspection. Repair work is governed by the written estimate or repair authorization you approve at the shop, not by this website. Hidden damage found after work begins may change the cost, and we will contact you before doing additional work.

Text messaging terms

Program description. If you opt in, Star Auto Body may send you text messages about your estimate, appointment scheduling, repair status updates and customer service. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send special offers, discounts and seasonal service reminders.

• Opting in. You can opt in by checking the consent box on our website form. Consent is not required to get an estimate or any service.
• Message frequency varies based on your request and repair.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, call (903) 532-5365 or email Service@starautotexas.com.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The text, photos, logos and other content on this site belong to Star Auto Body or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
